Disqualification List
If any of these conditions apply to you, you may not book an appointment for Ombré Powder Brows No previous work (Microblading/shading) unless approved by your brow artist Under 18 years old Have diabetes Allergic to inks, pigments, prilocaine, lidocaine, epinephrine Currently pregnant or breastfeeding (must be 45 days off breastfeeding) Skin prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation Have been on Accutane (need to be off of it for at least 12 months) Have any blood disorders or transmittable blood conditions such as HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, etc - Have active skin cancer on the procedure area, or undergoing chemotherapy Have any healing disorders Have a pacemaker or any major heart conditions If you book & come in with any of these conditions, your deposit will be forfeited and I have the right to refuse service. Please do not plan your appointment immediately before a big event (I.e. professional photos, wedding, sun exposure on vacation, black tie event etc) as your brows will need about 14 days to be completely healed
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if you decide to cancel your appointment No call no shows forfeit deposit and will be blocked from booking future appointments. Same day cancellations will result in loss of deposit. TRAINING $500 DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. THIS DEPOSIT CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANY OTHER PERSON, COURSE OR SERVICE.

Reschedule Policy
You are allowed one reschedule within 48 hours which your deposit will still be applied. After one reschedule, if you reschedule again a new deposit will be required. Deposits are non refundable so if you cancel your deposit is forfeited. If you reschedule with less than a 48 hours notice this will be treated as a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking your appointment. The remaining balance is due on your appointment day
